The Reno Jazz Orchestra’s Quintessence Music Series is a multi-concert artistic showcase that highlights jazz in its most expressive and evolving forms. Built around thoughtfully curated themes and top-tier guest artists, the series celebrates big-band tradition while inviting audiences into fresh, contemporary interpretations. It is becoming one of Northern Nevada’s most anticipated annual jazz offerings, giving listeners a chance to experience the RJO’s 17-piece ensemble in programs that range from historical retrospectives to artist‑focused tributes.
